The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with all the amenities we needed. the pool and gardens were excellent, perfect for relaxing. the location was great, just a short walk from the plaza where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. the internet connection was really good, which was important for me as a business traveler.

In general, it’s chilled-out base for staying in Villamartin. The place is close to the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants and Villamartin Plaza...

The apartment was amazing! It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine, to 2 spacious bathrooms with a bidet and shower. The living room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The 2 bedrooms were clean and provided a great night's sleep. The balcony had stunning pool views, making it a wonderful spot to enjoy my morning coffee. I loved the flat-screen TV with cable channels, perfect for some downtime entertainment. The bed linen and towels were provided, which was a nice touch. Having a microwave in the apartment was convenient for quick meals.

Personally, I found the air-conditioning a bit noisy, but others might not mind it.

Location: the apartment was conveniently located near the VillaMartin square and golf course, making it easy to access restaurants, bars, and parking. Well-equipped: the apartment had everything we needed and more. the hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Accessibility: the steep fourteen steps to the "ground floor" apartment made it unsuitable for disabled visitors, which was not mentioned prior to our stay. Access to the pool area was also difficult due to steps or a long walk, making it challenging for my parents to enjoy.

The location of this place is great, right in the heart of the city, and we had a lovely view of the garden from the apartment.

Communication with the agent was poor at times, which affected the overall experience.

The nearest airport was conveniently close, only 33 km away. The air-conditioned accommodation was a relief in the heat of Torrevieja. The dining area was perfect for enjoying my takeout meals, avoiding any cooking disasters.

Oh, I just loved paying extra for the heating surprise! Such fun.
